- How to make a reservation?
To make reservation, you can make a booking directly on our website or contact us via email: email@example.com or call to our hotline
- What is the booking process?
To book and pay for your service with us, simply follow 5 steps:
Step 1: Find a tour
We offer a wide range of tours and travel related services, browse to the specific product you wish to book.
Price displayed at the overview section is the lowest price per person. It’s the price for a certain level of service and might change depending on the type of accommodation you prefer.
Step 2: Choose option
Choose your travel date, number of people then click on the “Show availability” to see the price for each option, click on “Book now” button of the option you want. This will automatically add the tour to your cart.
Step 3: Manage & confirm your booking
After adding the tour into your cart, you can choose:
- Tick to choose the optional services (if any)
- “Continue shopping” if you want to book more tours/services.
- “Clear cart” then start to book again if you chose a wrong tour.
- Add “Coupon Code” if any
- “Check out” to move to next step.
Step 4: Fill in booking form
It’s required to provide customer information and payment method.
Fill in your information. Info with the red mark (*) is required.
Choose payment method: Credit card via OnePay
Accept our terms and condition to pay for your booking
“Proceed to payment” to pay.
A secure payment page will appear, pay for your booking with your credit card.
Step 5: Confirmation
After the payment completed, you will get an automatically confirmation from the bank.
The written confirmation will be made via email to the email of customer.
The confirmation is a voucher in which clearly confirms the service you booked and paid for. Double check all info and get back to us if there is something wrong.
After the booking is confirmed, any change/amendment should be made in written form and follows our terms and conditions. Drop us a line if you need further assistance.
Accommodation: With overnight tours which have more than one option for accommodation, you must choose the type of accommodation you prefer to stay, a surcharge will be added accordingly.
Departure date: The day the tour will start.
Pick up address: This info is used to pick up customers at the hotel A correct pick up address (hotel name & its address) is very important to pick up right person at right place for the tour. Please note that some local providers serve the right to pick up customers at a certain place, not customer’s hotel. Such kind of pick up will be notified upon confirmation.
Number of kids from 0-4 years old: free of charge, limit 01 kid/ booking
Number of kids from 04 – 08 years old: charge 50% and sharing bed with 2 adults, limit 01 kid/booking.
If all steps are done, it means your booking is well received. Our staff will contact you to reconfirm your booking within 24 working hours.

- Do I need to pay the deposit?
You need to pay a full payment for all booking when booking directly on our website. However, we also accept a deposit (at least 50% of total cost), please contact us if you want to pay a deposit. Then, our staff will help you to proceed the deposit and make reservation.
